Event trigger
The automation runs the moment a record is created or edited, with no waiting on anyone.

Let Noesis do the repetitive work for you: alerts, reminders and record creation or updates that fire on their own —by event or on a schedule—, inside a complete management platform for your business. And you can create them just by describing them in plain language.
Flagging a due date, reminding about a renewal, creating the follow-up record or updating a status: small tasks that depend on someone remembering. Done by hand, they get delayed, duplicated or simply forgotten.
Alerts and reminders that depend on a person remembering them every day.
Records that have to be created or updated by hand every time something happens.
Repetitive processes with no traceability: nobody knows whether the step was done.
You decide when it fires and what it does. Noesis takes care of the rest, in the background.
The automation runs the moment a record is created or edited, with no waiting on anyone.
Or on a schedule: every day, week or month at the time you choose, for periodic checks and reminders.
It acts only when your rules match (equals, contains, greater than, empty…), even with relative dates like “due in 30 days”.
Send notifications to managers, roles or specific people via app, email and push, with the wording you define.
Automatically generate records in another entity (e.g. from a client, its project), filling fields with templates and calculated dates.
Change fields on the record that triggered the rule: set a status, stamp a date or recompute a value without touching it by hand.
Push the data to another tool with a call (POST JSON) to the URL you provide, to integrate Noesis with your stack.
Describe what you want in plain language (“notify me of open work orders this week”) and the AI drafts the automation for you.
Automations build on your data, your documents and your team. All in one platform: what you automate is what you already manage in Noesis.
Model your company's entities and let automations work on them. See tailor-made management.
Time tracking and time-off management can also trigger automatic alerts. See time tracking.

Repetitive tasks around your data: sending alerts and reminders, creating records in another entity, updating a record's fields or calling an external service via webhook. Each automation combines a trigger (when), optional conditions (in which cases) and an action (what it does).
In two ways: by event, the moment a record is created or edited; or scheduled, running every day, week or month at the time you choose. That covers both instant reactions and periodic checks.
Four kinds: alert (in-app, email and push notification to managers, roles or specific people), create a record in another entity, update the record that triggered the rule, or send a webhook (POST JSON) to an external URL. Texts and values support templates with the record's fields.
Yes. Each automation supports rules on the record's fields (equals, not equals, contains, greater or less than, before or after a date, empty or filled) and can require all or any of them to match. Dates can be relative, for example “today + 30 days”, for due-date or renewal alerts.
No. Automations are configured without writing any code. On top of that, you can describe what you want in plain language and the artificial intelligence prepares a draft with the trigger, conditions and action already filled in, ready to review and save.
Yes. Creating or updating a record can in turn trigger other automations (for example client → project → task). Noesis allows this with a chaining limit that prevents infinite cascades, so long processes work without running out of control.
Notifications arrive inside the app, by email and by push to mobile. You can pick the channels and who each alert targets: managers, certain roles or specific people.
Yes, via webhooks: when the condition is met, Noesis sends the record's data in JSON to the URL you specify, to connect it with other apps or flows in your company.
